Built for Nigerian businesses

Your accounts, purchasing, payroll and tenders, in one place

Every request, approval, payment and change is recorded with who, when and why. Nobody approves their own work. Money only goes to bank details a second person has verified.

One system

Four modules that share one set of records

A purchase becomes a bill, a payment and a journal without anyone typing it twice.

From "we need this" to goods on the shelf, with every approval on record.

A proper ledger behind everything, with the controls an auditor expects.

HR records, leave, attendance and Nigerian payroll that ties to the books.

Invitation-only tenders with weighted criteria published up front, and sealed bids.

Controls built in

The questions your auditor asks, already answered

Money leaves the business on approvals nobody can trace: a supplier bank account changed by email, a requisition approved by the person who raised it, payroll in an open spreadsheet, a tender decided in a hallway. Auditors ask "who approved this, and why?" and nobody can show them.

Nobody approves their own work

Requisitions, bills, payments, journals, pay runs and bank detail changes all need a second person.

An audit trail you can’t edit

Who did what, when, and the before and after. The trail is append-only: not even an admin can change it.

Money goes only where it should

Supplier and salary bank details are verified by someone other than whoever entered them.

Your data stays yours

Each company is walled off from every other at the database level, not just in the screens.

Roles, not all-or-nothing

Owner, finance manager, accountant, buyer, HR, payroll, line manager, auditor and more. Line managers approve leave without ever seeing pay.

Ready for your auditor

A read-only auditor role, reports that tie to the ledger, and PDFs of every key document.

Made for Nigeria

Local rules, not an afterthought

Payroll, tax and bank details work the way they do here, from day one.

  • PAYE under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 bands, with rent relief
  • Pension (Pension Reform Act 2014), NHF and NSITF
  • VAT and withholding tax on bills and receipts
  • 10-digit NUBAN checks on bank details
  • NIN, TIN, pension PIN and PFA on employee records, protected under the NDPA 2023
  • Naira by default; your own public holidays and working week

Questions

What people ask before they start

Something else? Read the docs.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Navurio runs in the browser. Your team signs in with their email; suppliers you invite get their own sign-in.

Can my accountant or auditor look without changing anything?

Yes. Invite them with the Auditor role: they can read the books and reports, and change nothing.

Who sets the tax and pension rates?

Navurio ships the Nigerian rates, each dated. Before a pay run can use them, someone in your company signs them off with a note of which adviser reviewed them.

Does Navurio pay my staff or suppliers?

No. It prepares the bank file and records the payment once your bank confirms it. Money never moves without you.
